"Employees are all very nice and try to help, management seems to not know how to run a business. Under staffing of employees and poor phone management systems seems to be their problems. For example when you call the Geek squad number they give you in the e-mail they just sent, you get someone in another state who can not answer a lot of your questions. Many times when you call no one is there to answer. Looks like the board of directors need to be replaced with some people who have a clue as to how to build a company and not worry just about short term profits."
