He heard exactly what I needed and actually put together a package deal on refrigerator and washer and dryer and mattress that was amazing. He was friendly not at all pushy but also very kind and going out of his way to really help us. I know he could have made a lot more money on his appliances but he really gave us not only exceptional appliances but a great deal!!!
