"I was attempting to be a first time customer here. Called ahead of time to get an oil change which I was told by a gentleman (I did not get his name) to come on in. I live 10 mins away from this joke of an establishment. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and I told her I was there for a simple oil change, she flat out said that they did not have time to do oil changes today, I told her I just called 10 mins ago and was told by a gentleman they were able to do it to which she replied no, I have to take my business elsewhere. This was such an awesome experience for my first time ever dealing with them I walked 20 feet across the lot to go to Jiffy Lube and they were able to do my oil change in 30 mins. This place is a joke and does not know the first thing about customer service or retention. Do yourself a favor and go to the Jiffy Lube next door, they have way better service and will take your car in right away. Ps I’m so excited for the computer generated response they give to all of their reviews to call customer service. Good job!"
