"Alex Vasquez should be fired, he is dishonest, fraud and is not an example Employee of Rent a Center and Angela the District Manager so far I can say is polite however I believe her actions is based solely on the actions of her lazy Manager Alex. I ordered an stove/ refrigerator never received when issue exculated basically wrong stove arrived reported back, no response. Online system still had og stove ordered etc mentioned to Alex when he returned to work with amnesia on the entire situation. (As we were speaking dropped stove offline ) Stove dropped was not only late, it was incorrect model, color, and price I was charged. Price online was still trying to auto charge. no action nor response from Rent a Center finally to cover his wrong doing as I'm on the phone helping him with his sudden memory loss Alex Vasquez notes in computer I rejected stove wrong color then updated computer with just fridge and sends me text message price diff was to be placed on my fridge account. Meanwhile I have parts of wrong stove still at my house, no stove, no accountability from Rent a Center and no contact from Dist Manager it's looking like it's time for me to get an Attorney on this case. In addition Alex was extremely rude, threatened me and used foul language."
