"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was sold a refrigerator for almost a thousand dollars. I paid in full, upon delivery the refrigerator did not work. The delivery crew said to give it 6 hours to start working. Not to mention it made a loud noise the entire time. I called after the 6 hours to let them know it was still not working. The sales rep. was rude and said just wait 24 hours! I called the next day to let them know all my food went bad and I waisted over 300 dollars worth in food. They send a tech the next day who was also rude, he then tells me the fridge has no fix! Just so you know when you purchase they make you sign a paper saying you are buying it as is! although the sales rep assured me it was it prefect working condition. I had my moms medication which each injection is extremely expensive. I let the manager how upset we were and to please help. They took hours to let us know there is nothing they can do, but felt bad so they found a mediocre fridge to lend us. We demanded our money back since they took our old refrigerator. I have never experienced such a bad time purchasing anything in my life. The manager promised my husband he will pay us for the lost food yet never came through with his promise. Me & my husband were forced to rush to find another refrigerator, so we called Dave's appliances to pick up the lender fridge. I specifically told them what time to pick it up so my food don't go bad again. Guess what? They did not care they were there first thing in the AM to pick it up. So my food once again I lost. Leeson learn! I never leave bad reviews but feel the need to let people know so they never go through what we went through. Oh due to the service rep going back my husband had to loose work hours to try to find out what was going on. I tried getting ahold of the manager to request money back for all the food I lost and till now I have not heard back."

"Update- Delivery was flawless and great customer service! They called the day before and gave us our time frame of 3 hours. Then day of they called and said they were 45 minutes away and they showed up on time. We just bought a portable washing machine since we live in an apartment with no hook ups. Completely wish we could’ve bought a full washer and dryer because they have such amazing appliances at great prices! We ended up buying another refrigerator that we bought from American Freight (Old Sears Outlet) but with AF they wanted $450 for delivery which was almost the price of the refrigerator! Here they only wanted $85 and it was such a pain for us to get that refrigerator in our upstairs apartment so looking forward to getting another one and not having to go through the pain of getting in the apartment. Prices here are better than American Freight and they test the items here before putting up for sale. American Freight doesn’t and we had to return a refrigerator which was a huge pain for my husband and brother-in-law."

"Cory is great! We went in and he was there to greet us, worked with other customers, but we never felt like we were neglected. He always came up and answered all our questions, it was a great experience. The place has nice appliances, I will definitely come back, mostly because of Cory’s great customer service!"

"We bought a washer/dryer set from Dave's in July 2021 and it was the best appliance experience I have ever had. We did the the purchase long-distance for a house we were buying in Fullerton, and the efficiency was impressive. They sent me photos, then the documents, all very quickly. The price was so amazing I was worried it might be too good to be true. The day of delivery they called in advance and the guys doing the delivery and installation were fantastic, working carefully and figuring out how to squeeze them into the small space available. With no hesitation we just bought a dishwasher today. This time we were able to go into the store in Anaheim to look around. Daniel was extremely helpful, we found a model we liked, and we were in and out in about 15 minutes with another great deal. If you don't have your heart set on a specific model, you should definitely check Dave's out. They have a large selection and service is the best."
