"Don't buy from this company, they sent me a part for a dishwasher that didn't fix the problem and I went to return it and they said it was a special order and NO Refund??? Never was I aware that this was a special part, it is the common electrical control board used in all makes of dishwasher, what a scam these people are!!!"

"This is a horrible place. My dad went in to buy a part for the washer and on the website it said the part cost $33 dollars but once my dad asked the cashier she said it’s $43. So then he asked her but on the website it said it was $33 and then she replied saying oh then we don’t have it. She was extremely rude and incompetent to do her job. Then my dad asked to see the supervisor and he said the exact same thing. Then he sarcastically asked my dad if he wanted to drive to Berkeley to get the part. Horrible horrible place. Workers are idiots. Don’t waste your time coming here."

"This place ROCKS! Called 15 minutes before closing time looking for an igniter for my dryer. They had the parts in stock, only I was 20-25 minutes away. They offered to wait until I arrived, at least 15 minutes after closing time. Got there, correct parts, all was good. You can’t beat customer service like that! Thank you Reiable Apploiance Parts."
