"I just called and spoke to Sam, he was very helpful and patient with my issue that I had with a Miele vacuum I bought from another Miele dealer. I wish I had bought my vacuum from Sam. Nice guy, and great customer service."
"For the 20 years I have worked as a handyman this place has been my secret spot for vacuum repairs. So many times I have been at a customer's house and the subject of their poor long-dead but much-beloved vacuum cleaner has come up. 'It's just impossible to find parts to fix it', they would say, 'I've looked at every Walmart and Target around.' I would tell them I'd have it fixed before the job was done. This place has helped me do that EVERY time. Any small, seemingly insignificant - but absolutely vital part, they have it or can get it. Any belt, hose, clip, motor, thingobobby, or doodad. Bring your broken vacuum in - so many times the guy turned a deelio or adjusted a whoosit right there in front of me and bam! No charge, done. To sum up - I love this place. Now the secret is out."
"I brought my Dyson DC25 here for service because it was making noise and had low suction. I walked in probably 5 minutes after they closed, but the manager there (I forgot to ask for his name) was happy to take my vacuum, plug it in and test it. I stayed for probably 10 minutes while we chatted about the issues he commonly sees with these models, and what it might take to fix. When I came to pick it up, everything was working perfectly. He ended up replacing the lower HEPA filter (genuine Dyson) and cleaning the motor, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the rest of the vacuum. He gave me recommendations to avoid the issues that made me bring it in for service. I stayed a while (probably 20 minutes after he closed again) and chatted. I was curious why he didn't sell any Dysons in his shop. Long story short, I will be taking my vacuum here for service from now on, and I'll probably come here when it's time to buy a new one. You could tell this guy is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does."
