"BUYER BEWARE!!! Placed an order back in June, never received an invoice but they had no problem charging my card. Called for months, left multiple voice-mails for months with no reply. Finally had to dispute the charges. Don't do business with this company."
"Ordered parts from them last March and never received.. been calling and emailing them with no response"
"Called to verify if a certain part was in stock ready to ship. Was told it was in stock and would ship within 2 days. So I placed my order. 10 days later it hadn't shipped. Emailed them to cancel the order( wouldn't answer phones) they responded that they canceled it but they won't respond as to when I will receive my refund. It's been a week since I canceled the order. I am left to have to dispute charges to get my money back. Don't waste your time ordering from them."
"I had ordered a power steering conversion kit for a 56 Ford F1 in June of 2021 (part # PSK4864FT). I paid $1049.95 with a credit card and received it after some delay. The kit was wrong and did not fit this vehicle. I later found that they had two different kits listed on line under the same part #. I call them and spoke to Anthony Smith who basically accused me of being mistaken. I've been a professional mechanic for the last 55+ years and I know when something doesn't fit. Anthony insisted I was wrong and wanted pictures of the kit. I sent pictures and then called back after receiving no response. This is when Anthony starts avoiding me by having his associates tell me he's not available or he's out and I have to call back. After weeks and weeks of this B.S. I finally get him on the phone and he said he would send me the correct kit, but I have to pay again and he would credit a refund when I send back the wrong kit. No call tag from them to pay for the $60.00 return it cost me. More weeks and weeks go by after receiving the second kit, but no credit. Numerous more calls and finally I have him telling me the kit never arrived and after being pressed a little, he admits that it did arrive and it wasn't complete. This is total B.S. I DIDN'T MAKE THE MISTAKE, YOU DID ! This guy is a scam artist. I can't really afford this loss and it infuriates me to no end. After reading similar stories of this "pirate ship", I've decided to contact the state of California attorney generals office consumer fraud division for possible justice."
"Horrible customer service. Anthony took my order over the phone and said he would email me a copy of the invoice. I never received a copy of my invoice, so I finally got ahold of him two weeks later after calling several times and asked for the invoice again and an eta in the parts and still nothing. After a month of waiting, I tried emailing and calling several times for an update and never got a call back. 2 months later, I finally got ahold of another guy and demanded my refund and magically Anthony got on the phone and promised I would have the brake conversion kit the next day. To my surprise the kit arrived! What a hassle. I understand there is supply chain issues, but a little communication would be nice. I should have ordered directly from ABS. It appears the new ownership team at Jamco is understaffed and overwhelmed."
