"Drove over 2 hours for a $7500 car, they were trying to tell us that they installed a Low Jack and clear coat that brought it up to over $10,300...but they were going to give me a deal at $9,800 so we can refer them. We wanted the car, but not all of the hype we had to walk away. How do you charge for a Car worth $6,500 on the internet, advertise it for $7,500 then tell me I have to pay $10k+ because we added unwanted items? No, seriously."
"Would you like to pay $3,000 in mandatory fees, on top of the listed price? Well, you’ve come to the right place! In what world does a $7,000 car come out to $10,000 out the door? The answer- in whatever world Auto Republic is living in. Listed price, taxes, license and registration fees? No problem. Mandatory $1,000 Lo-Jack servie and $500 Clear Coat add-ons that no one asked for? Problem. Big problem. For me at least, and likely for the person reading this as well. If you’re okay with paying that then go for it! But if you’re sensible, you’ll think twice before spending your money here. I’ve been shopping for a car for a month or so now, and this is the only dealership I’ve ever seen do this. Glad I asked the necessary questions before wasting my time going down there. To their credit, they were responsive and their customer service was pretty good. Until I asked for a breakdown of the price. Then they made no attempt in working with me on the price, which at the end of the day- is probably the biggest decision when it comes to buying a used car. That is, what you get for your money. Charging a mandatory extra $1,500 for services no one asked them to do is ridiculous."
"Just purchased my 2019 jeep compass trail hawk, lovely car matter of fact all their cars are very nice. Did business with Jake who helped with financing. Recommend."
"All I can say is Mr Chris is my new go to guy. He was awesome. I've had bad experiences before at other car lots, an he made sure he was straight forward an honest with me. He made the process way less stressful then my past experiences. You are a Rockstar Salesman an I couldn't be happier with the 2018 Murano he helped my purchase. Thank you Chris (cypress)"
"This review is looooong overdue! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now. I’ve purchase 3 Lexus’s from here and I’ve referred at least 6-7 people here. I’ve always purchased Lexus, but my referrals have bought BMW, Honda and Infinity. ALL of these cars have turned out great. Never had ANY problems mechanically when I buy from them. The worst thing that happen was that the battery died in the first week on 2 purchases, but management was understanding that cars sit and it could take a toll on battery’s life span. So they replaced it with a standard battery (I personally paid for the higher quality). My ONLY recommendation to management is try to minimize employee turn over. You have a great product and you’re honest small dealer! Why is it hard to retain people? I know in the end, I’m there for the car and if it runs good...I’ll always keep coming back. However, it’s nice to see a familiar face."
