"On pickup of truck, I was assisted by a very rude person. Wants me to sign the u-haul agreement hastily and even suggested not to read it and just sign. He was upset since he wants to go out of office already even if it's just 3 PM. If he doesn't like my business, I can always proceed to another u-haul dealer. This place needs even a basic customer service training on the dos and don'ts on being at the front line with customers. This is not the u-haul experience that I expected, this office needs re-training!"
