"First time been here and maybe my last time. I believe those 5 stars reviews are from Google partners fake reviews for business nowadays on social media. My experience was terrible about the time frame they estimated when I dropped the car at noon and pick my car up at closing time. I was the last customer. They never called to let me know the delay for their service. I was calling and asking for it then got answered late 30 mins then 1 hour finally i was the last customer of the day. They crashed the paint on my wheel after we checked at home so disappointed. The morning came to talked to the owner but he seen didn’t know how to solve the problem. He told me take a photos of my wheel and send to him because he won’t be at the shop for the rest of the week. That excuse was old fashion as many owners did it when they don’t want to face with the problem. Then offered to do the alignment on my car as an apology but I don’t think we will be back. Josh I know you will read this review and I want to lets you know please do the business the right way to make sure we happy to pay for the service and come back in the future because you weren’t handled very well with your attitude and seem like you lost when talking to me. Please don’t reply to my review and tell me contact you guys to solve the problem because I know you don’t know how to and will never get it. I know my small review won’t affect your business anyway but it’s the real experience and it taught me a valuable lesson never judge the book by its cover. Good luck for your business Josh! Thanks"

"I’ve been bringing my car here since Josh has owned it. I’ve always had a great experience from him and his staff. Most recently, I had a vibration after a rear brake job that had been developing for quite some time. Turns out it was related to the front brakes. Because they had done the front brakes not too long ago, they turned the rotors at no charge and now the car is smooth as butter. That’s the quality of service you can expect at this establishment. Highly recommended."

"5 stars!!! We are from out of town and had just gotten off a cruise ship and heard a weird noise coming from our van. We knew something was wrong and couldn’t drive the 10 hours home safely. I found this shop on Google, called on our drive over and explained our situation. They were more than happy to look at it. They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the issue and sent us on our way within a matter of a few hours. We also felt that the cost was very reasonable and we were SO grateful. We made it home safely. Do not pass on taking your vehicle here. Great and kind employees, exceptional service with fair pricing!"
