"Employees told me the reason for them giving the wrong parts & being understaffed is because their district manager Pedro Guerrero is the worst and can’t figure out how to hire knowledgeable ppl. He doesn’t pay them what they’re worth and has them do more than they’re suppose to. Whenever anybody receives bad service here call corporate & tell em to tell Pedro to figure it out already and stop underpaying their employees. According to them Pedro is the WORST DM in O’Reillys history which is pretty impressive actually."
"Very poor customer service. I went into the store to ask for a part of my vehicle and I had the part number in my hand along with the part. The customer service assistant manager Fernando asked me for the engine size and I did not know the engine size. I explained the only information I had was that the vehicle was a CL and I gave the year make and model. He explained that the system only works with the engine size but I explained I have the part number in my hand if there is any way that he could look the part number in the system because of the choices that they had on the computer did not match the information that I had. He began to give me attitude and reluctantly took the information and did find the part in the back not after him giving in his own opinions about me not knowing the engine size of my vehicle. I am not a mechanic I do not know engine sizes but I did have the part in my hand and feel that it was a simple situation which did not need to be made more complicated. I ask to speak with the store manager but they failed to give the manager my info. For a call back. I have called multiple times I order to speak with the manager but they refuse to speak with me."
