"Brad service/ sales manager was very polite, knowledgeable in regards to my vehicle. Also explained how everything would be done,very detailed. A young woman service tech/ mechanic with blonde brownish hair was very polite and helpful as well. So was a young man with blonde hair was very helpful he was very polite and helped me bring my old battery to the car because it was dirty he didn't want me to carry it. Which was very nice and respectful I appreciate it. The service was fast and efficient. Yes I would recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care for their cars. I also just brought my other car in Monday 1,2024 @ 9 am because I am very confident in the work they provide."

"Worst customer service. Guy at the front desk was very rude! Don’t recommend this place to anyone. My new tire popped in the freeway almost crashed!! I was told by Bridgestone warranty to take it in so they could inspect it. The guy at the front said he didn’t have time to leave my tire and maybe he’d check it the next day. I needed my tire fixed since I live about 40 min away and that was the nearest location. I couldn’t continue to drive on my spare tire. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Will continue to tell all my family and friends about this place. DONT RECOMMEND. They really need to train their employees. Will be contacting corporate about this."
