I kept insisting on buying him a burger or a friendly tip at least to thank him for the wonderful service but he politely declined. So, THANK YOU Mike H. You are indeed an asset to the company."

"I went in to auto zone with a check engine light on and one headlight not working thinking I needed a relay switch. They ran a diagnostic for free and were able print out what the issue was for free. They looked at my headlight as well and I didn't need a relay but the bulb itself ... They helped me replace the headlight and it was a pain to get to, and provided me with the parts and fluid I needed to have the coolant thermostat replaced and explained to me exactly how easy it is to do myself. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate the honesty about prices and what I needed."

"Today Jose and Rosedale AutoZone helped me so much. My key required a new battery. He took it apart, determined the kind, and installed the new battery for me. My fob is weird and apparently falls apart when you take it apart. He patiently and thoughtfully reassembled it and made sure it worked. The customers he helped before me received the same attentive, excellent care. As other people waited he was sure to greet them and thank them for waiting, while he called for other staff to help waiting customers. Don't find excellent customer service like this much these days. Excellent work! And he also dressed and acted professionally, also rare today."

"I’ve always gone to auto zone and had good experiences except my last visit. I needed some car oil and since I am very short I couldn’t reach any. I saw an employee by the name of Jose R. and asked if he could help me with the oil. In a rude voice he said he was busy with a customer and would help me when he was finished and I said ok. So I waited and waited and realized that he went to the registers and was helping other people so I asked a customer if he could help me get some oil from the top shelf, no problem. So I stood in line to pay and when it was my turn to check out, Jose R. decided to get on another register and pick up the phone that hadn’t been ringing and look up items. Now mind you there were five customer’s behind me in line he still stayed on the phone.I don’t know Jose and I don’t know what his trip was with me but I thought he was a real jerk for treating a customer so unprofessional."
