"I didn’t appreciate how one of their workers upon my asking him where a certain product was, told me to look at the brand that was a “special.” When I brought two of them up to the counter to pay, I discovered that the product that was on “special” was more expensive than the regular brands. He should have also said that the product was more expensive than the regular product. Luckily, since I noticed the different at the register, I switched them out myself. You should train your staff to be more helpful to the customer and not motivated by what the company wants to promote."
