"The guy that changed the oil on my car kept getting side tracked and took him 2 and 1/2 hours to change the oil in my car because of it. My car was up on the lift unattended for over an hour. There were plenty of mechanics there. The quote I was given for brake replacement was ridiculous. $600 is a bit extreme and price goudging for brake replacement.. Seems to be the trend lately with a lot of placesJust because other businesses are doing it doesnt mean you should too. Lead by example and I bet the company would make a lot more money charging a reasonble price for things and have a whole lot more customers by doing so . Not sure who holds these places accountable for price goudging but whoever it is, needs to do something and put a stop to it ASAP."

"They are really thorough in their assessment of vehicles. They are also honest, if they cannot do the work, they will let you know without you having to spend your money. The store was clean and neat, easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff are very helpful and encouraging. They will also let you know if the issue with your vehicle is too much for them to handle, and offer suggestions to where you may need to go. The waiting area is small and uncomfortable. Their service is very slow. However, they were pretty busy when I arrived."
