"What a bad experience. Drove far to get flex seal clear. 1 gallon size . According to their website they had 23 in stock. I arrived and they had none in stock. Paint dept lady was of no help. I went and try to order and they still claimed in 3 hrs i could pick it up. Just drove to Ace and picked it up."

"I went there to do some shopping, and there were area rugs on sale that caught our eye. My husband and I couldn't get a one for an employee getting them all. She was getting them and storing them in the break room. She didn't purchase them immediately. Then, I saw some more rugs on stand-by near self check out, and I asked her, "Are those yours to? She replied no. Then, as we went to get one another, the employee stopped me and said they belonged to someone. We were stuck with an open rug. Then we got the rug home to find out it was damaged. What a total inconvenience. All we wanted was one rug, but the employees took them all for themselves. Don't put them out if the customer can't comfortably purchase one. Also, the girl was on her phone asking the person she was getting them for was that it? Damn, you pretty much got them all. Management needs to let them know they shouldn't do that. Or don't put them out for the customers. The girl was acting like a vulture with the rugs. She even had another employee, a guy helping her to move them or store them in their breakroom near self check out."

"Thank you Suzanne and Celes! I'd like to start by saying that this is the best Lowe's Home Improvement that I have ever shopped at. When I walked in the store, I was kindly greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. The cashier told me where I could find what I was looking for and as I was walking to the isle i needed, another store associate asked me if I needed help finding anything! I encountered a few more associates and all of them were very kind and polite. This store has everything that you need! A huge lawn & garden section, supplies, tools, excellent customer service. Very clean and in a safe location. I highly recommend it shopping here at this location and I want to say thank you to all the associates who helped me today."

"UPDATE I came back for some stakes to support my tomates. And I further ventured out into their garden center where I found the bamboo stakes that I’m going to use. There are so many flowers to choose from. I had to refrain myself from just picking up any of them on a whim!!! —— This Lowe’s has more fascinating plants than the Home Depot location on 182nd St. All kinds of plants. You don’t have to buy any. You’ll have a good time just browsing them. I came here to purchase 1’ PVC pipes, elbow and tee joints. I purchased all I needed, except for caps. They didn’t have any for 1’ diameter. The helper couldn’t find them. I may come back later."
