"Don't Hire this company. I found this company on Home Advisor, so I decided to give them a try. When he came to give me a quote he was on time, but he sat in his truck for 10 minutes on his phone, then he got out the truck still on his phone stood leaning against his truck another 10 minutes, as he walked up to my door he was still on his phone, I said Hello that's when he decided to get off the phone. He did his measuring for the job to refinish my floors, he emailed me the estimate the next day, I thought to myself so far so good. A few days later I emailed Edgar, the owner, asking questions about the job but I didn't get a response, so then I called him. He said he does better by phone, he does not respond to emails very much, which I find very strange since he sent my estimate by email. We decided to go with his company not because of his estimate but because we found them on Home Advisor, we thought that would give us a little more security with the company. My husband called him a few times after finally getting him on the phone, they made a deal and set up a date and time, it would be a week from the date my husband spoke to him. I called the day before to confirm, he did not remember anything about the scheduled appointment, I had to tell him about the conversation and he still ask was I at a totally different address, I told him my husband would call him, right back. My husband called and he said don’t worry he would be there tomorrow at 9am. Of course he was a No Show, he did not call to reschedule, he did nothing, we didn’t hear from him. We rearranged our schedules to be available for him not to show up or call to reschedule was so disrespectful. I don’t advise anyone to do business with this company. He is a waste of time, Don’t waste your time."
