"I've been a loyal customer of Best Buy for quite some time, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Yesterday, I purchased an open box Samsung phone, trusting the information provided on their website that claimed it was "like new." However, upon opening the package at home, I discovered a small scratch on the screen. Immediately, I returned to the store, hoping for a straightforward refund. To my surprise, I was informed that a $45 stocking fee would be deducted from my refund. I explained my situation, emphasizing that I had just opened the phone and hadn't even turned it on before realizing the issue. Despite my efforts, the store insisted on enforcing their rule, leaving me with a $45 reduction in my refund. What bothers me most is that the product description on the website did not accurately represent the condition of the open box phone. Had Best Buy been transparent about the scratch, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place. It feels unfair to penalize customers for returning a product due to misinformation provided by the company. In the end, I paid an extra $5 for their lack of honesty and misleading product information. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of Best Buy's open box sales and has, unfortunately, led me to reconsider future purchases from them."
"Location isn't the best and that's not their fault. The area around them has degraded over the last 10 years. The store across the street has been closed for years and there were homeless hanging out there on the last day I visited. Their parking lot is a mess. I don't think they have anyone go out and pick up all the papers and boxes that careless customers toss out while walking to their cars. Inside, depending on what department you go to, you will have a wait to get to talk with someone. Not the employees' faults, just understaffed. Also, some under trained as I was sent from one department to another, only to have that department send me back to the initial one. But, once there, the last person I talked with was very helpful and able to address my questions and solve my phone issue. So all was accomplished as far as my visit, just not the nicest place to visit. I hope your experience is better than mine, and that you find a great deal and...enjoy!!!"

"A little difficult to get help in the aisles because everyone’s busy. There was only one cashier and she was kind. The aisles were clean and organized. We got a printer and the process was easy since we had an idea of what we wanted. We did have questions but no one nearby to help so we just got what we knew best. We tried to get help from the tech support but they were understaffed and busy. There was a line impatiently waiting before us so we went to a woman behind a register."
