"All of the 1 star reviews are here for a reason, this place does a lot of dishonest business. Victor doubted my simple math for a 5x7 room and sold me 18 boxes of tile, I only needed 7. I could tell he was shady from the start, after the deal closed he vanished, dodged my emails, and kept pushing back the delivery timeline. There are so many other tile stores in this area, it really isn’t worth getting ripped off. Once they have your money you are in trouble."

"Watch out when you purchase material there .they will apply all kinds of fees ,which ones in others tile stores providing same services you will never pay.. read those invoices , they invented those fees to rip people off. At Bataglia Stile you won't pay no fees at all .good luck"

"We bought counter tops from them, they we installing and demolishing our existing tile counter top and back splash. Pros: - store selection is pretty good and there is a lot of material on display - they started work next business day after purchase - they tried to fix their mistakes Cons: - at first they did not repair drywall after demolition as promised. After several calls with different people that got fixed - they joined slabs of 2 very different colors together in a noticeable place in the kitchen. They agree to correct this, but when they brought 2 pieces to match 1 was not better than what we had, and another one had a crack all the way through and basically glued together. For the pace that only deals with stone - this is unforgettable mistake. Overall - I'd buy from them again, but I do not recommend asking them to do any work in your house."
