"I placed the mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes longer than the scheduled completion time. I stood there for a long time at the pick-up area, but none of the employees cared."

"I got the mocha cookie crumble and asked for no whip on the top for the bottom of the drink. However, they still added it and when I went to go ask for a remake all they did was scrape the top whip cream at the top and hand back the same drink. I also saw someone ask for a strawberry acai lemonade remake as the one they had just tasted like water. All they did was add more frozen strawberries and handed the same drink back to the person."

"The drinks are not consistent, always taste different and this is coming from someone who order the same drink always Every single time I get my coffee they always take 15+ to get it done and many times not even call out the names and keep just adding drink over the counter. Today they took 30 min exactly for make one of my drinks. I do understand what is be short on staff but I pay for a service that I expect be at time. In general the workers are nice sometimes I can tell they are stress but I do not blame for it. I like this place but need to improve I been buying here for 8 months already and unfortunately still the same"

"Disappointing. This is one of the dirtiest Starbucks cafes I’ve ever been to. Paper eith intial was not taped well, abd they could have changed into minimalistic colors, based on their interior palette. If staff DID care about your experience, it would be provided with more enthusiasm and a wish to wipe of the dirt from the counters. I would not write that review, if the dirt wasn’t cleaned up for a day. The line was huge (about 20 people), however, there was only one cashier. Frapuccino and Espresso have tasted differently, than other Starbucks places. Cookie Crumble Frapuccino was too chocolate-y, and Espresso made with nespresso didnt have toppings. Seating area is small. Bunch of food is out of stock."
