"I love the dressing, but the customer service is quite poor. You can get anyone on the phone and I have never had a return call. I am giving it 3 stars because the product is great, but the service is not so great."

"I have been ordering from them for years with only one issue which they took care of. However, I ordered 22 bottles in Feb of 2021, and the order arrived with a huge issue. I got 5 good bottles out of 22! They all had a bad seal, leaking and full of air bubbles. I tried calling Galeos, emailing and messaged them on Facebook regarding the problem. I never heard back from them! They have lost a customer, and I was a huge fan. Their dressing is expensive, but I felt it worth the price due to the great taste, freshness and quality. It is hardly worth it when you receive 5 good bottles out if 22!"

"I have been using this Miso Sesame dressing for years. The price has gone up a lot but I keep my eyes closed as we all like this dressing. Lately the taste has changed dramatically. It is extremely sour and no taste of sesame. I had to doctored this so it can be palatable. I still have an unopened bottle but got rid of receipt. After this I will never buy this dressing ever again."

"If I rated this companies products 8 months I would have rated them 5 stars, however recently they have changed significantly. Since the pandemic I have been unable to purchase these dressing in the store. No big deal so I purchased 6 bottles (2 sesame and 4 Caesar directly from the company). I was somewhat sticker shocked when my previously purchased product was $6 and now the company wanted $17 but hey I still wanted to support them during the pandemic. When I received my bottles two of them were open having exploded during shipment. This was clearly not from shipping as the bottles were well packaged and intact but were leaking from the top and when I opened them further they sputtered as if under pressure obviously spoiled. I inspected the rest of the bottles and could see leakage on everyone and upon opened they smelled terrible obviously spoiled. Ended up having to dump every bottle. I have since contacted the company twice for a refund or replacement but no response and at $17 a bottle I am inclined to not let this go. Since this purchase I have gone on line and obtained a great recipe for the miso Caesar and will try to also replicate the sesame. I can make it for a fraction of the $17 cost so maybe the company has done me a favor in the long run."

"This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! They have awesome salad dressings, but don't buy it! They send an email when it ships saying only "This order is complete." They do not give you any shipping or tracking information or ETA. It doesn't include a link to their website or their email address or phone number. You have to do your own detective work to figure out how to contact them. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for my salad dressing. I've emailed them twice in those two weeks to get the tracking info, and I have received no reply at all. I called them today, but they have no customer service agents available. I left a message, but I don't expect to get a reply. And the prices are outrageous! I really wish I didn't like their salad dressing so much! I rate their customer service as 0, zero, zilch, nada, horrible! If I could give them no stars, I would! Don't buy from them!"
