"Sitting here at Panera…. First time I have had a person sweep debris right into me? Did management teach this? Stirring up dust what if someone is eating? I thought they had those little push sweepers? This chick is sweeping dust and dirt right around with a broom…"

"Went to this place for lunch to get a pizza and ended up receiving the worst customer service I have ever seen. Our food took an extremely long amount of time and to top it all off, the manager approached our booth asking to leave even though we were patiently waiting for our food. The food was cold in the middle and extremely poor quality compared to other Paneras. I hope that the management can get fixed so I can finally enjoy some Panera. Unfortunately will never be eating here ever again at this establishment."

"We had such a disappointing and terrible experience. We came in with my sister, her fiance, my grandmother, my parents, my younger brothers, and some other friends. Everyone except my two brothers ordered from Panera. My brothers, who brought in other food wanted to sit inside with us to spend time with the family and because it was pouring rain outside. The manager, David Goodall, made my brothers leave the restaurant even though they were almost done eating. David Goodall was very rude and he did not deliver good customer service. It must have been a lack of management training. The food is also not worth the price either."

"Tables were full and somewhat dirty. Order was incorrect - requested specific toppings removed from sandwich but came with it anyway. Ordered 2 French onion soups and neither came with croutons or Bread topping and were somewhat lukewarm not hot. Panera has been a favorite of ours but for $70 for dinner for 4 and orders being incorrect, we didn’t feel we got the value we paid for."
