"Lazy people not wanting to do their job. I had to figure out that my tv manufacture didn’t make the part anymore which is why I waited a month. Then I called and told them bc they couldn’t figure it out themselves. They ended up taking care of it but it was definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. April Acosta was very rude thru the whole experience. Paid over a 1000 dollars for the tv and protection plan just to be jerked around and talked down to. I’d rather go to circuit city….."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They couldn’t repair my phone after 1/2 hour of trying and said they put a request in to apple and would call me back the following day. They never called and when I tried calling them, someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Called the customer service counter and phone rings and no one answers. Tried multiple times. Finally got through on the main number and asked to speak to the store manager. I explained to him of not hearing back from the geek squad representative as promised and the customer service and geek squad phones are never answered. He said he would personally hand them a note to call me as soon as they were available. Never got a call. I’ll never step foot in a Best Buy store again"
