"The tech who went to my house "repaired my refrigerator" He said that everything was ok and fixed and working okay, two or three hour later the temperature inside the refrigerator still at ambient temperature. In other words the unit was never fixed, i call several time to the company and there were no answered. I this point i do not know what to think about this company. The only thing that i am sure is they are really good to charge and get paid for the repairs that are not right."

"I called at 9:30 am Saturday morning my fridge had gone out! Jose was here by 10:30 am he was early. Diagnosed and fixed the issue had the part on hand. He also showed me the issue and explained everything to me! I will definitely use them again!"

"perhaps the most dishonest and unprofessional operation as I have encountered in a long time. I contacted them to work on my washer and they promised to be there by 4pm on Thursday and they never showed. I called again Friday morning and they said they would be there by 1pm. I called at 2 pm and they said he is on the way. Promised to call back to confirm. NEVER CALLED BACK. I called them at 3 pm and asked the receptionist to tell me honestly if they were actually going to show up today. I missed work to be there for them. She hung up on me. I called back and they just stopped answering the phone."

"PLEASE READ!!!!! This company is fraudulent!!! I will be reporting to the district attorney for unfair business practices. Please read all the reviews on this company, you will see a common theme. Unfortunately I did not before I called them. I called to schedule a service to come out and repair our refrigerator. A man named Joe was supposed to arrive at 11 am, by 12 no one arrived. I called and the girl that answered the phone said he is running late and would arrive shorty, which he did. He was here for about 30 - 40 minutes looking at this and that, and seemed like he was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. Said he needed to order the parts and would call within a day to confirm the parts order and schedule a new appointment for the repair, but asked for the $80.00 service call fee to be paid now. I thought it was odd because normally you pay when the service is complete, but I paid anyway, feeling confident that this was legit. Didn't receive a phone call for a couple of days, so I called and they said they ordered the parts and should be delivered today. Didn't hear from them for a couple more days and I called again, she said the same exact thing, the parts should arrive today and will call us to schedule an appointment. Waited another couple days and called them, but this time after a few rings, the call suddenly disconnected. I tried about 6 more times during the day, and after several rings all it would do is disconnect. So then, feeling very suspicious, I used a friends phone since the caller ID will be different, I wanted to see if they would pick up. Sure enough, she picked up. I told her who I was, and that I had called several times today and the call just ended. She said they were probably on the other line talking. Again she said the parts should arrive today and they would give us a call. I told her that I dug deeper and read all the reviews on this company and that this was a scam. She said, we asked for a diagnosis and that is what we got. Then she hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the district attorney to investigate this. They are representing themselves as a legitimate appliance service repair, but they actually go to your house, pretend to diagnose the problem and collect a quick $80. This has to be illegal. I hope this will help other people out there and prevent others from being ripped off."
