Ruby Tuesday 1640 South Roane Street, Harriman, TN 37748

"This location deserves negative stars! Hubby and I went with our 4yr old tonight and boy was it a mistake. Aside from the wait to be seated, not busy maybe 20 people in there, began by asking the manager about the kids eat free. I asked her if the daily special counted as an entree for the free kids meal, she did not know but said she'd take care of it. Says on the kids menu daily deals are excluded, fine but how did the manager not know that? The waitress says the daily special includes all burgers, after the order is placed she tells us she was wrong about that, did I mention it took fifteen minutes to order because she kept forgetting to bring her book to write the order in. After fetching our straws because she couldn't seem to remember that either, food mildy warm and doused in salt, I finally ask for the check, fastest she took care of us for the evening, prints the receipt (my bad for not looking it over, I just couldn't be in there another minute) I pay, then notice that our free kids meal was on the bill for 6.49 but she also charged us 1.29 for his water. Terrible experience, terrible staff, and I'm going to tell everyone I know or meet about it, will NEVER return."

"I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with my visit here. Had to ask for a refill then couple minutes later she said she forgot. The mushrooms was $7 and came with like 5 of them and my steak and scallops was $22 and it came with only 5 scallops and a rare steak when that’s not what I ordered. Potato wasn’t done but they took it off price. Cheesecake was very sad. Tasted very sour and it was $7 too expensive for how old it tasted. If there is a manager or something I can speak to about this that would be great!"

"Took several minutes to be seated even when they weren't busy on a weekday. The waiter was obviously intoxicated or high. We had our infant son with us and he asked his name when we told him, kid you not, said "that's a joke right." He then never refilled our drinks and the food took about half an hour to come out. When it did it was greasy and cold. We didn't ask to talk to any manager but one came out anyway and apologized for the wait but then didn't offer anything to do about it. It's not like I expect free stuff since we didn't even complain but with how long everything was taking I figured they would do at least something but no. The salad bar was okay although not well cleaned. Honestly, I've never made a bad review for a restaurant before but this one was bad enough to need one. You'd be better off eating from a gas station deli."

"Took my wife here today for her birthday. We waited for 15 minutes just to be seated... not because they were busy, but because the waitresses and the bartender were too wrapped up in other things to care about customers. When we did finally get seated, we happened to ask the couple across from us how long they had been waiting. They had been waiting for over 20 minutes and didn't even get a drink order. The burger I received was not very good at all, the tots were burnt, and all in all, the service sucked. As the pics show, the restaurant was not packed. We watched several folks walk out because of not being seated or being seated and not getting any further service. Then, to top matters off, when it came time to pay I couldn't even get a printed receipt and the emailed receipt was someone else's order. My wife hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday's since she was a child, and I'd only been once before. I'm not sure that we'll be back to one again after this experience. Overall, probably the worst birthday dinner my wife has ever had, and she's had my cooking. P.S.- The men's restroom has non working units in it. Per my wife, the women's restroom appears to have not been cleaned in days. There was dust and film on top of the toilet."
