"If you are a person of color avoid this racist establishment. I ordered my food, was told that there would be a 5-10 minute wait for a specific item. Others came in after me ordered the same, received their orders and left. I was finally given my order after 15 mins. I got to the car to realize that I didn’t receive a requested item. I stand at the counter and everyone looks, no one says a thing. Quite frankly, I was confused. Am I the employee and the customer? In what world does this make sense? I ask a lady who was evidently the manager for the item, explaining that it was left out of my bag and several employees saw me and walked right by. She had the nerve to call me hateful. I will be calling the corporate office. It appalls me this is the level of customer service offered and they want a pay raise. Perplexing. Bojangles, offer some diversity training for your employees if you want to sustain your business."
