Reviews of Dunkin'
"Sorry but Krispy Kreme will always be better than Sunkin' Donuts hansdown any day every day. They just don't put in the icing on their donuts."
"Very nice place to sit and enjoy a hot coffee and tea and then you have a friendly crew members that are always nice to be of service yes like most places they do make a mistake or two but always willing to help out and restroom and lobby is clean and sanitize every hour or so and then you have the patio with a amazing view of the sunrise if you want to come and drink some coffee and watch watch it with a friend"
"[Edit 1/5/24]: I will leave my original review in brackets ( [ ] ) to emphasis the change here, but the past few times I have gone to Dunkin here in Midtown, I have either had to throw my drink away or brave drinking it. I can think of 3 instances in the couple weeks where this has been the case. The first was a hot cocoa that was so watered down, I could taste the chlorine in the water over the chocolate! The second was ending up with a disgusting coffee instead of a hot cocoa (in which I used to love coffee, but since Covid 2 years ago, all coffee taste like it had been sitting on the shelf in an open container and lost the finer notes of its flavor and now taste gross). The worst part about that was they still got the flavor mix-ins right, just the wrong drink. The third, and likely last time I will be visiting Dunkin was last night. Me and Craig ordered a Medium Hot Cocoa a piece. He got the toasted white chocolate flavoring and I decided to try the "Pink Velvet" flavoring in mine. It would have been great, except I had to wait until I got home to even enjoy it. It was warm water and clumps of cocoa mix from where it obviously was not even attempted to have been stirred. To make things worse, I used an immersion blender to make it all liquid and a hot cocoa you would expect to get directly from Dunkin. And then, the next issue...both of our hot cocoas were thick like a soup and literally slid down my throat rather than flowing. The texture was like slime and neither of us could even drink it! So, $7 or so dollars for two hot cocoas that ended up being thrown away... I will likely not be back. Please see the photos for this review, that was my hot cocoa with the pink velvet before I blended it up. One other thing to mention was that the folks working there last night blew my mind. Never have I pulled up to a drive thru to have the person speaking be so rude to a customer! It's not that hard to be a decent person, I don't want to be told "hold on" and "ok, what now?" in a harsher tone. I mean I know it could be far worse, but I am always overly friendly to most everyone, I don't want to be treated like that. Original Review from 3 weeks ago: ***[Excellent spot for a coffee and a quick bite! I usually go thru the drive thru this time of year and get a chai latte. This year, I discovered their hot cocoa! To make it even more delicious, ask to add some toasted white chocolate swirl to the mix, you won’t be disappointed! Every time I come thru the line, the servers are always friendly and quick too. I haven’t had a bad experience to speak of yet.]***"
"I always go here because it's very convenient, since it's right up the road! I get their frozen mocha coffee which is always a delicate. I always get the loaded hashrounds which are very crispy, the bacon Is cooked perfect, and crispy. The cheese on them is a little less than I like but they were still great. 8 out 10. I get the chicken & roasted pepper wrap, it's a little bland but the chicken is cooked nice along with the roasted peppers. And sauce is pretty good. The Biscuits are weird, im not really a fan of their Biscuits but they are okay with the sausage, bacon, egg & Cheese!"
"This store is hit or miss. I come to this store almost every morning before work. This morning I went and the worker handed me my drink and it wasn’t full by any means. Guess they are cutting corners and trying to make an extra dollar. Come on Dunkin do better!!!!"
