"Really bad customer service. I was at the store and wanted to get 15% off some clothes since this was my 4th time donating to them. The last time I was here I couldn’t log into the app so they can scan it. The manager didn’t know how to help so I had no choice but to find something to buy. I came again today to donate more clothes and explained to the cashier my issue the last time. She very rudely told me the app was the only way but I did not want to bring my clothes back and forth. I just gave them the clothes without getting any coupon. Please train your staff better H&M! My experience with them was so poor. I will not shop here again."
