"I would give negative stars if I could. This place is a complete scam. You pay for merchandise to be shipped, it never ships, and they refuse to refund your money. Their customer service staff is blatantly dishonest and unhelpful. You will wind up having to contest the charges with your bank. AVOID AT ALL COST."
"Quality of goods has declined significantly, and expensive too. Clothes and shoes are not too good-looking and fabrics are compromised to be cheaper. Saks has its own brand on shoes but pricey and of mediocre quality. Designer shoes are unattractive and impractical. High-end sunglasses are locked away and you have to ask staff to open the shelf for you to try them. Solstice on the other side has better self-service to try on as you please. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perhaps I'll come back to check again."
"I bought something online and requested a pickup. The pickup process was quite simple and smooth. The store notified me when my stuff was ready to pick up, and they also let me know when the last day would be for them to keep my order. When I went to pick it up in store, the assistant was very kind. Satisfied with the experience!"
