"Purchased a Christmas gift for my niece. The item was too large and she wanted to exchange the item but because the item was an online purchase she was told there was nothing they can do for her. They would refund the cardholder only. (Receipt and tags were attached.) Ximea wouldn't exchange the item for anything else. Spoke to the store manager Aleeta who stated that if she exchanged the item it would be for the outlet price which is 50% less than I purchased it for. Insane. absolutely"

"There are a lot of options, I typically get jeans here. The lighting in the fitting room can be improved though. Also, observed little bit less caring attitude regarding the clothes from the staff."

"Bad experience the guy was jumping on me for help right at the entrance and didn’t like that I was taking picture of the discounts and I didn’t know why !!!! The guy was rude and not helpful so as customer this was pushing me away and this is exactly what I did. Not recommended"
