"How can I report the staff (especially the manager) of this guess to be trained better? They are insanely rude and I think they kind of abused me inside the store and I get a racism vibe from them all the time. Calling the customer care doesn’t really do anything."

"The reviews here are remarkably accurate. I had an unfortunate experience with the manager at the gate; his behavior was highly unethical. The exit was guarded, and as no one in the store was coming to open it, I attempted to do so myself. However, the manager responded with unprofessional language. The staff here does not meet the standards expected of a reputable mall. If anyone knows how to launch a complain then please do let me know."

"The manager is the worst person an unethical manager I think you need to teach him how to have give a good customer service. I believe he don’t have idea what is he’s doing. I told the cashier about a blazer that doesn’t have a bottom an the manager told them that they are not authorized to sell it to me even I told them that I can buy it like that I talk to the manager because the cashier told me I can not sell it because he don’t want it. Is i say he needs to learn customer service."

"One of the worst stores I have ever visited. The staff is rude and unprofessional on all fronts. I went to return a blazer that I bought just a couple of days ago and they refused to take it saying it’s a “special occasion item” which was never mentioned or specified anywhere in the receipt or by them. Whereas the guess website returns policy doesn’t mention anything like that. I don’t understand where this new policy is coming from. Also the fitting rooms are closed all the time so how are we supposed to check the size of the clothes we are buying. Don’t ever buy from this store just not worth the hassle"

"They have nice shorts and shirts for boys and tall teens. Not sure why they were making us wait outside even though there were hardly any customers inside.they did not have fitting rooms available"
