"I had a really great experience at this store. The person that helped me took a minute to ask me what I needed. At first I said "I was just browsing" but they politely chatted with me for a bit and really listened. I was feeling a bit stressed as I have some upcoming work things that I wasn't feeling super confident about. The associate helped pick out some special items that made me feel good as well as some accessories to really elevate the whole thing. I never shop this way but I left feeling a lot better and loving everything I purchased. This is what in-store retail should be about. Bravo!"
