"Completely unreliable delivery for online purchase! I ordered a gift for an important anniversary for my wife. To make sure it arrives on time, I paid extra for two-day delivery. I contacted them (via chat) after 4 days, as it had not arrived, and was given a refund for the extra money. I was assured that the order would arrive the next day. Sure enough, the next day, the UPS tracking showed that it was not even out for delivery. I called Alo, and the first agent confirmed it was late but made no effort to try to remediate the situation somehow. I asked to talk to a manager, and after a few minutes on hold, I was told that nobody was available right now and I should try to call back in one hour. Unbelievable. Only after I insisted was I transferred to a Manager, who appeared to try his best, but all he could was give me a gift card. So now, instead of having a physical gift for the special day, I have an unromantic gift card. So, I added one star back. Adario really tried hard to make things whole and threw in a tote bag. My wife appreciated the gift card and the good intentions."
