"Clothing wise - great, shop here often and always find something I love. Service wise - a true toss up. The SA’s are mean girls. I never feel comfortable asking for help as they either ignore me or stay behind the register ( even when there’s no other customer). I try to order online just to avoid the energy here. I used to be in sales at a high end shop and if I ever was this rude my manager would call it out. I get that they probably hire high school and college folks but good customer service is a life skill."
"Don't expect this store to be speedy with your in-store pickups. I waited 3 days last time and had to get customer service involved to cancel my order. Never again."
"I absolutely LOVE Free People, they have the best jeans and tops ever! A bit on the pricey end, but that's what you pay for good stuff. Definitely recommend for all those girls that want to look bomb for the summer. Enjoy!"
