"I have bought American Giant since their only store was in an alleyway in S.F. Amazing quality and super service in those days. Today I stopped for the first time at the Chestnut store to look at a new product advertised via email. Only one attendant, and I asked about the new colors. He showed me black, then took a call in front of me and talked on the phone for ten minutes, saying only after his call that the product is not in stock there. That’s quite rude service in my book. It did not appear that this store is well stocked with the full array of AG products."

I now own four in different colors. The people who work here are super awesome! Their customer service is on point! The store is also clean, things are folded to perfect! I honestly can't say anything negative at all, it's all great experiences and amazing products! I tell everyone they should buy their hoodies here, especially over Lululemon. They are around the same price, but American Giant is such better quality with a true life time guarantee unlike Lululemon."
