"If I was into Spirits, Wine & Tobacco products, I would be in heaven in this store. But they also offer Beauty, Fragrances & Well Being products. If you have time this is a great place to shop in elegant surroundings. Beware though, you are under constant surveillance, and any misguided judgement to not pay for something, can result in an embarrassing situation and a missed flight."
"I came to Duty Free and your credit card system was down and a Asian lady with the name tag Ashley her name tag said appeared after calling for a supervisor. However, she only showed up just looked at the salesperson I was with didn't lift a finger she just left us in the middle of buying myself some skin care when she was called there to fix the credit card register which it didn't work. Ashley was rude to me like I didn't matter was how she addressed me I noticed and felt in appearance. There were several other Asian women muling around they looked the other way I noticed when Ashley who just left me and I had to go to the non Asian sales person standing there who was helping me. I purchased $350 of skin care products after the credit card system was working again with no help from Ashley the supervisor who stopped and heard what the problem was who just walked off. What's up with this Ashley does she always show no courtesy, no professional conduct to help, only displayed annoyance to help fix a machine not working or even offered to help? She instead turn away and just walked off rather than assisting with the credit system register failure and left us there. I couldn't believe this was a supervisor or even a customer service professional. I looked around and noticed other Asian women muling around loud speaking in their language and lounging around not doing anything like they were standing on a corner. Does this particular store only serve Asians and no one else? If so let me know, I would like to know so I do not come back here anymore or my friends it was like standing inside a fish market rather than a store of commerce. Was shocked no one wanted to help was absolutely not professional integrity they were all just standing around shouting over each like they selling fish in a open fish market. Some guy came behind this Ashley supervisor, another supervisor fixed the problem. I mean if she doesn't know how to fix that problem why she's a supervisor? Is this common practice here and are supervisors allowed to displayed such unprofessional conduct? She shouldn't be working here or even in a fish market if this how she treat customers. Are you kidding me? So I think you guys need some bad reviews and I am here to share that experience with Ms. High & Mighty Ashley."
"Pretty pricey. Though, they have a good selection of spirits, perfumes, glasses…"
"I don't even want to give a single star. I have to say, the service attitude at the duty-free shop in Gate A is really terrible, and the employees are extremely lazy. There is still more than half an hour before boarding time, and I wanted to do some last-minute shopping. However, the cashier at the checkout counter told me that they no longer deliver goods to the boarding gate, so if I wanted to make a purchase, I would have to pay taxes. Isn't this supposed to be a duty-free shop? There are clearly many solutions available, such as the boarding gate being right next to the duty-free shop. The cashier could simply make another trip, but they're just lazy. Compared to the duty-free shop at Gate G, the service here is really awful. I've never encountered such terrible staff."
"The friendliness of the staffs are wonderful, the helpfulness of the staffs are extremely well and courteous! But the merchandise are way, way too expensive from liquor to wine, to See’s candy, to tequila! You can buy much cheaper at Costco every you have to pay taxes! Tobacco, make up’s, perfumes, maybe alright! But I have to say that I found once a rare Japanese whiskey was reasonably priced!"
