"Not sure where the bad reviews come from. I make a point to stop here whenever I'm in town and always have a positive experience. I bought a shirt here and decided to have it hemmed using their in-store service. I received it in the mail back home and wasn't happy with the result. Chris (the owner) was very quick to find a solution and managed to find the scrap fabric and restore some of the length to the shirt. She accomplished this quickly and covered the shipping. Very impressive experience. Beyond that, the staff are always friendly and excited to talk about clothes, local restaurants, or life around San Francisco. It's like visiting your quirky, eccentric aunt's house. It's an off-beat, welcoming energy that makes it enjoyable to shop. Give this store a try if you are interested in fashion."
