"I felt very unsafe with this worker lady (blonde, middle aged, white) I went in the store and was browsing items with my friends. We might have been a little loud but I would have left if they told us we were being too loud. But this lady said we need to leave because she got SOOOO many complaints about us making a HUGE mess. Guess how big the mess was. Idk cause we didn’t make a mess. I just threw a plushy lightly but we put it back! I need them to have security cameras and just show solid evidence that it really was us."

"I was walking around in Hot Topic shopping the selection for fun since I love the new merchandise that they bring in. Unfortunately, on 09/24/2023 I overheard a loud conversation that prolonged for a long period of time about a troubled guest by some employees, a manager of Hot Topic and mall security by the registers at 5:18PM. The manager was complaining with his employees about a customer who was complaining about a return she made or purchasing an item that she may return later. Loudly by the registers, it was unprofessional and demoralizing to hear a manager act as such on the sales floor with guests shopping at their location. As I can empathize with retail workers about troublesome guests, I do not condone gossiping and complaining while around other customers. As this continued, the mall security had mentioned a disabled guest who unfortunately did not make it to the restroom in time and had left a line of fecal matter in the mall leading to his destination. While gossiping on how disgusting it was of the guest, again, it is disheartening to hear gossip on the floor. Hopefully, in the future, these employees will take this talk off the floor or will understand to go on break and talk about these matters away from guests shopping at their location. I just got what I wanted and left."

"I love this stores since a long time ago so I don’t have anything wrong to say about them because every time I’m at one, the products are incredible and the staff is kinds and helpful. You will always find a place where you can buy 3 products and pay just one of them. I always find something that I like. They tend to give hot cash with your purchase which you can use from certain date to certain date."
