"I was assured that the pieces that I selected would arrive at my hotel within a few days with the help of priority shipping. It did not arrive on time, they were unhelpful in helping me liaise with FedEx. And the process to get the refund (DESPITE NOT RECEIVING THE CLOTHES) is terrible....... just get your clothes in store....."

"The staff here only care about commission. There wasn’t an item I wanted in store but as I am international, I was fine to leave it but they would not hand me my other purchases and insisted calling around other stores and taking my money in advance and saying they could send it to me even though I was leaving back to the UK in 3 days. I had had experience with this same store and not receiving packages in time before leaving the country but they were very aggressive, rude and pushed to take money through them anyway. They did not care that I wanted to leave. Horrible selfish staff."

"Love this place! First time there and we felt so welcomed! Amazing staff! Everyone stopped to ask if we needed anything. We spent more than I ever have before on clothes but they have really good quality. Definitely recommend going there. They actually picked out some things for my daughter and put them in her dressing room and she bought them. Fun experience."

"Sales people get paid on commission and push you hard to buy stuff. The tall skinny Asian girl that worked there straight up lied to me about the shorts she sold me. She also didn’t tell me there would be a shipping fee for buying through her and the shorts that came as final sales were fraying in several areas. They were $75 and aren’t even sewn properly. I won’t be coming back"

"Great Aritzia. This location brings in a lot of items you won't find anywhere else. There are two levels/floors to this store. There's a street entrance and then when you go up the escalator there's the mall entrance. There are some of the same things on each floor but the selection of clothing, styles, and sizes is large."
