"I woke up in the middle of the night to place an order from here. I ordered a combo meal and a separate chicken burger with varying levels of spice. It tasted great, and I really enjoyed it. It's available 24/7."

"So the place is advertised as being open 24 hours but if you go super early in the morning around 4 am they’ll tell you they’re closed, or at least sometimes they will. The workers are either tired or lazy because they straight refuse service even though they’re technically open. I work a job where i have to be up and out extremely early so sometimes i rely on jack in the box for a quick sandwich and coffee. last thursday i had no issue with getting my food. yesterday morning at around the same exact time, 4 am, i was told they were closed and didn’t open until 5 and this isn’t the first time they’ve pulled this. Foods great but if you’re ever out early before the sunrise looking for a quick bite, i wouldn’t rely on this place even tho they’re advertised as “24 hours”."

"They are so nice and have the best tacos for 2 dollars. Oh and the best thing is the very thick Oreo mint milkshake. Yummy!!"

"I went there looking for veggie burger and they said they won’t serve it straight to my face. Plus when I ordered Jumbo Jack with substitute hash brown, they asked me to pay extra for it and was just rude enough to ask me to cancel if I don’t agree. Burger they made was also very mediocre and didn’t taste same as other locations. Paid 12 bucks for what I get for 7 in other locations"

"I ordered 6 tacos with extra lettuce and extra taco sauce and there was barely any lettuce in them. I also ordered a breakfast combo and instead of the coffee I paid extra for an orange juice fory daughter and didn't realize until after we got on the freeway that they didn't give me the orange juice. They obviously do not pay attention to customers orders. Horrible service."
