"The food was decent, a little overpriced for the options...the service e was ok, but our waiter seemed irritated when it took us a few to decide what we wanted...he seemed stressed. Atmosphere was normal, did not stand out from other places I've been... bottom line it was average, but a little overpriced for the quality.."

"This is a great spot for Italian food. A very comfortable, down-to-earth ambiance, together with friendly service, and amazing food. The pizzas are particularly extraordinary, and really large (a "small" is the size of a "medium" at most restaurants. The only reason the Service received 4 of 5 stars was that we had to wait 45 minutes past out reservation time to get a table. In fairness, we were a party of 10, on a Saturday night, and they were very busy."

"We were seated at the table where there were no dinner napkins. A set of the flimsy napkins was placed on our table while all the other tables had the nice linen napkins. We were given bread that was from the day before. It was hard it was stale. The waitress eventually told us fresh bread was coming. Though she was attentive for the most part there was no hospitality in her work. I had the ravioli compare and cheese ravioli which was good. My wife hated her veggie sandwich, it was unseasoned, a little soggy and unappetizing. She ended up stealing from my plate. Th ex desserts were fine, nothing special. We were given to go boxes halfway through eating. A sign they wanted us to leave I guess. Plus we got the check without asking, which was a first for us. Overall I’m disappointed that I have to give this place 3 stars today. My wife and I have come here a number of times and enjoyed our experience. However there is a downward trend that we are seeing. We might give it another try but I think we are going to have to look for another Italian place in the Dublin/Pleasanton area."
