Mountain Mike`s Pizza

"Went in today and one of the owners or worker had a foldable partition and was sleeping in the dining area. This is unacceptable! It’s a shame this place has changed so much. A few years back ownership changed and the quality has just decreased. I live down the street and have been coming here since 2005. This is the last straw never going back again."

"I was disappointed in my phone order or a medium "pikes peak" pizza. For a $30 MEDUIM pizza, $40 after tax and delivery fee (before tip to the driver... so a $50 pizza. It looks NOTHING like the pizza I ordered. The pizza I ordered looked to be covered in many meats in every bite. On the website it says And I quote... "MOUNDS" of Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, salami, linguica, and ham..... "MOUNDS." This pizza didn't even have sauce under the meat and cheese. They just brushed sauce where the cheese meets the dough to make it seem like the pizza has sauce. Instead of multiple meats in every bite... it was different meats spread over the entire pizza in a single... sad layer. There are three things about this that make me so sad... 1) In the past, I have had the pikes peak, and it looked like the photo online... it was so good! 2) the ingredients are SO quality (even with the sad pizza) it's such a shame I paid $50+ for a MEDIUM pizza (including tax, delivery fee, and driver tip) for this... 3) I will have to now go in and order to make sure I get what they are advertising. Otherwise, tell them I won't be paying for it. A word of advice, don't order from them for delivery. Pickup only."

"The reason why when you order pizzas from here and you wait a long time for your pizzas to get delivered is because this store takes your order and your tips, then they outsource the order to a third-party app like doordash or ubereats, while they pocket your tips. That’s why no delivery drivers want to take the orders, hence why you end up waiting a long time for your pizzas. Very Questionable business model, I would personally never give my business to this place."

"Ordered 10 pizzas for a huge party. Went to pick up the pizzas at the time they told me to and they made me WAIT AN HOUR EXTRA It's 6pm on a Saturday and no one want to be here It's super uninviting More than half the lights are turned off 6 out of the 7 TVs are off All the arcade games are off The salad at the bar looks gross and their plants are dying They never have anyone checking the front counter Ice cream customers have waited and waited and then just left. They don't pick up their phone. Im assuming they're super short staffed But on a Saturday night? That's a leadership problem. Don't come here. This Mountain Mike's is lame"

"I ordered pizza from this location for the first time. Food was good. I owned the Gilroy Location for 15 years. It’s touch keeping to all the rules that are required to make great pizza (a lot of people cut corners) and this location did a great job. I was very happy it tasted the way it should have. Thank you for your service. Keep up the good work."
