"I’ve been here twice now. The first time, the burrito was all potato, was dry, and cold. Second time I got the everything lox bagel and asked for no capers- and they got visibly annoyed when I got the bagel and it had capers in it. I was the only customer - with about 5 staff each time so I don’t understand why this is such a problem. Also- for their iced drinks they pack the entire cup with ice. So unless you want a coffee slushee don’t buy iced coffee from them"
