"I called to adjust my timing for pick up and was asked to be put on hold, but no one came back on for over 10 minutes. They charge extra for crushed red pepper and parmesan, blamed it on inflation. No napkins and plates. No public restroom to use for the persons with disabilities like me. No ADA parking. I asked to use their restroom, one employee said 'it's not working'! Where do the 4 employees go to the bathroom all day? Breadsticks and marinara sauce is garbage. Pizza was average, they skimp out on the toppings and cheese. Other locations in the Bay Area are far better."

"Are the employees handling food required to wear gloves ? The man working at the pizza making area sprinkled the cheese with bare hands then placed all the pepperoni one by one with bare hands and finished it by taking both hands and rubbing them across the pizza to evenly spread the cheese. Not sanitary and I believe there are California food handling regulations."

"We had a craving for pizza, and Pizza Hut hit the spot perfectly. We ordered the Super Supreme Pizza and some Breadsticks. The pizza was delightfully crispy and packed with flavorful toppings. We really enjoyed it. The Breadsticks were a bit on the salty and buttery side, but overall, it was a satisfying meal. Whenever we're in the mood for Pizza Hut, we'll definitely come back."

"Absolute hot charred garbage from this location. Paid almost $40 plus tip for some uneatable mess. Better places ie Mountain mikes or round table for similar price."

"Their pan crust looked like Domino's, Little Caesar's, or some other cheap pizza place - not the thick pastry-like crust I know and love. The toppings are sparse and the pizza is dry, like it was sitting in the warmer all day long. Do better!"
