"Used to be a great Starbucks location way back in the day but nowadays, staff are lackadaisical and cold. Ordered 2 drinks in person and watched as the next 3-4 people standing behind us in line got their drinks first. It wasn’t until I asked them about the status of our drinks after 10 minutes of waiting that they realized both drinks had already been made and sat there changing to room temperature as we waited instead of properly managing the drink queue. No apologies or remorse for the mistake. I’ll be avoiding this location going forward."
"Awesome respectful Management, they go out of their ways to provide the Best customer service experience. I had made an online order to go on a crazy lunch hour, however upon entering my car my drink spilled all over my interior because the lid wasn’t on properly; And since I was on limited time & store was super busy, I contacted manager later that day and explained the situation and how he handled situation was worthy of a review. Awesome people awesome place."
