"Awesome Employees have great customer service"

"I've been to this place 3 times. Out of the 3 times I came, one of those times I was about to enter and two employees said I could not enter the store and that is was temporarily closed at the time because something that was going on inside. Sounded like a personal staff issue (safety reasons) is what they kind of mentioned to me. I had to drive down to Sharon Heights Plaza to grab coffee from that Starbucks. Other than that, the other two times I was able to grab a hot drink, I was happy with my order. Store is clean and items look restocked. Parking is a little small but manageable."

"Low traffic, pleasant clientele. Outside seating. I prefer the side asking the smaller street and face south to are the trees instead of the traffic."

"I’ve grown to expect a certain atmosphere and customer service experience when I go to a Starbucks and generally equate it as a reliable chain but this particular location is a real mess. I attended on a Tuesday afternoon around 2. I waited at the cash register to be helped for five minutes while two baristas talked to each other and the cashier was held up at the toaster oven. Customer service was non existent. Yes, the tea I purchased was as expected.. but the counters and floor were really dirty (had the urge to sanitize as soon as I left the place!) When I used the restroom, it was filthy. The floors and ground near the toilet were covered with hair and layered dust that gave me the impression it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. No soap at sink. One star for the filth or the establishment, and that they are understaffed. I won’t stop there again."
