"My first time: l got a ball tip sandwich on a roll. Tender meat, but stingy delivery for the price. The first 3 bites had NO meat. The roll was delightfully fresh. Kinda shoestring fries were delivered hot with plentiful portion. I am disappointed with the meat portion for a $20 prIce which includes a medium drink. Doubt l will return."

"Most of the traffic that came to the store was for pick up, as far as I could see, so be prepared to wait a while to get your order filled or even to be called for ordering. BUT, if you can wait that long, the filet mignon sandwich will make you feel it was all worth it!"

"The food is just OK. You can get better ribs at Costco for half the price. The restrooms are dirty, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. It appears that the tables are not cleaned during the day. I can never find a clean table. Then there is the service. Every time I come in here, it's the same scenario. I will stand at the counter and watch 5 or 6 employees, all avoiding eye contact with me. No greeting, never a "I'll be right with you." They are too busy chatting amongst themselves. They will consistently make me wait at the counter 10 minutes before acknowledging me and offering to take my order."
