"If you see my other reviews, I'm very fair about the businesses I review. I own a small business, so I respect the work it takes. We live nearby this one. It has always been a 50-50 chance when we go. Sometimes food is hot and fresh, other times stale and cold. We went there this weekend because we were tired and wanted something quick. It was a total waste of money! The order taker kept getting the drive through order wrong- couldn't speak English enough to understand me (which is a pet peeve of mine). Out of frustration I told her to just eliminate the order and start over. She added a lemonade...which would be funny normally, but not when you're hungry. They finally got someone else to take the order. But we think they sabotaged our order on purpose. When we got home the fries were stone cold and stale. My wife ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions, extra pickles to get them fresh. But when we got home (we live 2 minutes away), her burgers were COLD. They had obviously taken OLD burgers and scraped the onions off and threw pickles on, probably because I complained. It made me angry enough to take time to write this review. The Manager should fire this crew and do their job imo. We are done. Never going back after that. I advise caution to you as well. And Immediately check your food for freshness or just throw your money in the garbage, along with the meal."

"It's actually impressive how bad this location is. I don't think I've ever been here and had them get an order correct. The food is always cold, too. How is that possible, it's fast food. It literally sits under a warmer for 12 hours, how do these employees manage to screw it up so consistently."

"Cold and raw double quarter pounder. Mustard in the box not not the burger. COVERED in ketchup. You'll be lucky if they salt the fries. Might as well go to in n out for fries that horrible."
