"Hours read 10am-11pm... Great! I come in for take out and the doors are locked at 10:20am. I call, the lady (very snarky) says they're open, to which I reply that the doors are locked. She then tells me they're open but not open all the way. How does that make any sense!??. I mention that I wanted to order and am outside to which she very rudely answers as if I have somehow done something wrong that somebody is in the front and probably opening the door soon! If your hours are not 10am-11pm don't post those as your hours and you won't have customers at that time. Most definitely don't make your customers feel like an inconvenience because they are there for your services. Will not be returning to this location."
"This place def deserves more than 5 stars! My family came around 8 and Marcus I think his name was, was very friendly. Professional and got all our orders out in a timely manner! He kept checking on us and most places don't even do that! I hope they are paying him enough cause that kind of service is rare. He def deserves a raise!"
